One of the most important things to take into account when deciding whether we should work together is ‘fit’. Will we get on? Do we have good rapport? Are we on the same wavelength? Do our personalities and styles complement each other? That’s where the discovery call comes in.
This will help me understand your unique circumstances, and we can discuss how I could help you move forward. We'll get to know each other a little better, and I'll answer some of the questions you may have about my approach to coaching and what it does and does not entail. I may ask you to do a little prework.
If you are keen to progress after the call, and I feel that I am the right coach for you, then we will agree on a programme tailored to your needs, get dates in the diary, sort out the admin (coaching agreement, payment, logistics etc.) and get started!
I offer calls on Fridays, as well as Saturday mornings.

NLP help us understand how the language we use influences the way we think, what we do, and the results we get. It can be applied to any situation from personal development, phobias, anxiety disorders, and conflict management, to workplace performance, and personal happiness.
