We can look at all areas of your life or focus on one or more. You'll set achievable goals, develop an action plan, and put strategies in place to overcome any barriers. I'll keep you accountable and on track so you can start living the life you want.

You'll identify blockages to success, begin to let go of negative emotions that hold you back, experiencec shifts in your physical and emotional state, and create a clear path that will allow you to fulfil your goals.

One of the most important things to take into account when deciding whether we should work together is ‘fit’. Will we get on? Do we have good rapport? Are we on the same wavelength? Do our personalities and styles complement each other? That’s where the discovery call comes in.
This will help me understand your unique circumstances, and we can discuss how I could help you move forward. We'll get to know each other a little better, and I'll answer some of the questions you may have about my approach to coaching and what it does and does not entail. I may ask you to do a little prework.
If you are keen to progress after the call, and I feel that I am the right coach for you, then we will agree on a programme tailored to your needs, get dates in the diary, sort out the admin (coaching agreement, payment, logistics etc.) and get started!
I offer calls on Fridays, as well as Saturday mornings.
